Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior data analyst to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build and refine dashboards and reporting pipelines, translate data into decision-ready narratives, and contribute to executive KPI decks and monthly performance reports.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Fluency in SQL and proficiency with a BI/visualization tool are required, along with strong written communication

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and maintain executive KPI dashboards and monthly business performance decks.
• Perform ad hoc SQL data pulls and ensure data quality and validation for stakeholder reporting.
