Job summary

Getwingapp is recruiting an Expert B2C Sales Development Representative to build lead lists from scratch, set 10–20 weekly appointments, and ensure FTC/DNC compliance while handling CRM and outreach tools. The role emphasizes independent lead generation via data scraping and social media mining, with a strong focus on US-facing B2C telemarketing expertise.

The position offers 100% remote work with a part-time schedule (10 AM–2 PM EST, 20 hours/week).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C lead generation, appointment setting and sales development.
• US-facing B2C phone sales experience required.
• Familiar with FTC telemarketing rules, the Do Not Call Registry and SMS/email opt-in regulations.
• Ability to independently build a lead list from scratch via data scraping and social media mining.

Responsibilities

• Build B2C lead lists from scratch via data scraping and social media targeting.
• Set 10–20 qualified in-person appointments weekly for the sales team.
• Ensure FTC/DNC compliance for phone, email, and text outreach.
• Qualify prospects to confirm travel intent, income, and that couples can attend together.
• Manage CRM and outreach using GoHighLevel, Calendly, and Google Sheets.
• Develop and document the lead gen process from the ground up to help scale the team later.
