LevelUp, a UK-based B2B growth agency and HubSpot Diamond Partner, seeks a Marketing Lead to own the demand-generation strategy for a portfolio of mid-market clients.

You will design integrated plans across paid search, social, SEO, content, events, and CRM workflows, guiding creative and analytics teams to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue.

The role is fully remote with a 40-hour week; benefits include government-mandated items in the Philippines and equipment support.

Competenze

• Proven background in B2B marketing strategy within an agency setting.
• Experience designing and executing programs across paid, organic, content, and email channels with measurable pipeline impact.
• Strong ability to extract actionable insights from marketing analytics.
• Experience leading client presentations for non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI and automation to enhance workflows.
• Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub and other major marketing tools.
