You will handle inquiries across billing, technical, and domain-related topics, ensuring timely, accurate resolutions while maintaining strong customer trust. This is a remote role based in the Philippines with a focus on revenue protection and fraud prevention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
• Fintech & SaaS experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of chargebacks and fraud prevention is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide live customer support to B2B clients via live chat and email.
• Investigate concerns and guide customers to prompt, accurate resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage escalations to keep resolutions moving.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and ticketing systems; stay updated on product changes.
