Bamboo Works is seeking a B2B Content & Growth Marketing Manager to craft and implement an organic marketing strategy that builds authority and generates qualified demand. The role focuses on content, SEO, GEO/AI search, social media, and lead magnets, with remote, part-time engagement.

The position is fully remote with PH-based candidates preferred, offering a monthly rate of USD 800–960 for a 20-hour week. Start ASAP with flexible, independent work in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within B2B.
• Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
• Solid SEO knowledge and ability to improve organic search performance.
• Experience using organic content to generate leads.
• Experience creating B2B lead magnets and conversion-focused resources.
• Understanding of B2B customer journeys and organic demand generation.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions.
• Proactive self-starter, able to take ideas from strategy to execution.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively while maintaining content quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consistent B2B content strategy.

• Lead content for priority niches like accounting and professional services.
• Write and edit LinkedIn posts, blogs, and educational resources.
