Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an AV Engineer to join our 100% remote team. You will design and implement autonomous vehicle decision-making, on-vehicle autonomy logic, and robust robotics-based software that performs safely in real-world driving scenarios.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, apply C++ for high-performance, real-time systems, and help advance AV safety patterns across our global projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering for autonomous vehicles or robotics.
• Proven expertise in C++ and robotics fundamentals.
• Experience building decision-making algorithms and planning under uncertainty.
• Strong understanding of on-vehicle autonomy logic and AV safety patterns.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities
