Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on robotics or autonomous systems.
• Proven expertise in developing motion planning algorithms such as RRT, A*, or lattice planners.
• Advanced proficiency in C++ and trajectory optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with real-time constraints and MPC in autonomous systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement state-of-the-art motion planning algorithms for complex environments.
• Optimize trajectory generation for safety, smoothness, and comfort across autonomous platforms.
• Develop and integrate pathfinding solutions using graph-based and sampling-based planners.
• Collaborate with control and perception teams to ensure seamless system interaction.
• Enforce real-time execution standards to guarantee responsiveness in dynamic environments.
• Validate planning logic through high-fidelity simulations and data-driven analysis.
