BairesDev is hiring a Robotics Systems Engineer to design and integrate advanced robotic systems for real-world industrial applications. You will develop autonomous capabilities, optimize performance, and collaborate with global teams in a fully remote setup.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in robotics software, ROS/ROS2, and simulation tools such as Gazebo or Isaac Sim, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering with robotics focus.
Proven expertise in developing robotics systems using C++ and Python.
Hands-on ROS/ROS2 for navigation and perception.
Experience with Gazebo or Isaac Sim for simulations.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Architect and integrate end-to-end robotics systems, bridging hardware and software interfaces.
Develop and optimize navigation and perception pipelines with ROS/ROS2.
Create high-fidelity simulations in Gazebo or Isaac Sim to validate motion planning.
Design and implement real-time software for complex kinematics and trajectory execution.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and integration protocols.
Troubleshoot and refine robotic performance through testing in simulated and real environments.
