Job summary

Outstaffer.AI is seeking an Accounting All-Rounder for a 3-6 month contract. The role includes end-to-end accounting, AR/AP management, BAS/GST lodgements, and month-end reporting. This remote position follows AU office hours, with a dedicated finance team and collaboration across BUs.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Accounting with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, Australian accounting exposure, and strong Excel/ERP skills to support ongoing projects and external audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in accounting/finance.
• AU accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounting processing and reporting for business units.
• Daily banking, cash receipts, and payment allocations.
• AR/AP management and credit control processes.
• Assist in BAS/GST lodgements and payroll tax reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheets and support ERP implementations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external partners.
