Qualifications

• Experience connecting with multiple clients and supporting enterprise accounts is preferred.
• Knowledge of web technologies and API integrations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for TrustArc Cookie Consent Manager.
• Handle inbound inquiries via Zendesk with courtesy and speed.
• Translate client needs into strategic solutions and recommendations.
• Assist clients during implementation and deployment of TrustArc products.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption and retention.
• Maintain documentation and manage task timelines and expectations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
