Job summary

OpenTable is seeking an Associate Account Manager who will lead customer retention and growth within a restaurant territory. The role includes supporting Account Managers, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.

Based remotely with a Cebu-based requirement, you will coordinate with Sales, Billing and Support to resolve issues and drive product adoption across OpenTable’s restaurant partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer success, or operations.
• Strong CRM proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Organized, detail-oriented with solid time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer retention and revenue growth within the restaurant territory.
• Support Account Managers with administrative and operational tasks.
• Resolve customer cases and ensure timely follow‑up and clear communication.
• Coordinate with Customer Support, Billing and Sales for a seamless partner experience.
• Pull and organize data from Salesforce and other sources for meetings and audits.
