Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer for Construction to support field teams with administrative tasks and document control.

You will handle RFIs, submittals, material logs, change orders, billings, and plan updates, working onsite during night shifts. A civil engineering degree and strong English communication are required to interact with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of construction terms.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn construction-related software.
• Familiarity with the Imperial measurement system.

Your Role

The Assistant Project Engineer supports construction teams with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

• Processing and tracking Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Obtaining and processing submittals
• Managing material lead item logs
• Processing change orders
• Processing billings
• Updating plans with revised documents
• Assisting the project team with other tasks as required

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Working knowledge of construction terms
