MicroSourcing International is hiring an Assistant Project Engineer for Construction to support onsite construction teams in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role works night shifts and involves administrative tasks across RFIs, submittals, logs, change orders, bills, and plan revisions.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Architecture/Construction Management degree, possess strong English communication, and are proficient with MS Office and construction software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Working knowledge of construction terms
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn construction-related software
• Familiarity with the Imperial measurement system

Your role:

The Assistant Project Engineer supports construction teams with various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

• Processing and tracking Requests for Information (RFIs)

• Obtaining and processing submittals

• Managing material lead item logs

• Processing change orders

• Processing billings

• Updating plans with revised documents

• Assisting the project team with other tasks as required
