Job summary

Outsourced is seeking an Controller - Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and audit readiness for client accounts. The role centers on accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial statements across assigned clients.

Remote setup with equipment provided; night shift from 9PM to 6AM PHT. The position involves supervising Accounting Leads and Accountants and coordinating with CFO-team for strategic insights. ISO certified offshore outsourcing leader.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close & Financial Reporting review and ensure accurate close
• Quality control over accounting work and standardize checklists
• Escalation point for complex accounting matters and problem resolution
• Coordinate accounting-side audit preparation and respond to auditor questions
• Coach and develop Accounting Leads and Accountants on standards
• Support CFO with financial statement analysis and insights
• Maintain strong internal controls and timely reporting across clients
