Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines is seeking a skilled architectural Draftsman to develop floor plans and perform related calculations for German clients. You will create, correct, and finalize plans and area calculations for properties in Germany, collaborating with an international team.

This full-time, home-based role requires 2–5 years in architecture/engineering, Proficiency with architectural design software (SketchUp preferred), and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture or engineering.
• Experience delivering floor plans and drawings to clients.
• Knowledge of architectural design software; SketchUp preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct floor plans and calculations per client requirements.
• Use design software to create and modify projects.
• Adapt floor plan templates for individual orders.
• Collaborate with international team and communicate with clients.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of plans and drawings.
• Participate in training and process improvements.
