Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking an Architectural Draftsperson (onsite, dayshift) to produce facade shop drawings and schedules that capture the contracted scope. You will work under a senior façade draftsperson and coordinate with Architects and Builders to ensure timely approvals and accurate detailing.

Ideal candidates are architectural graduates with attention to detail, good time management, and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/4D and related tools.

Qualifications

• Review and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
• Prepare facade shop drawings and schedules to contract scope.
• Maintain CAD libraries and templates; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings for building facades accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborate with senior façade draftsperson and design manager.
• Communicate clearly with team members and ensure standard procedures.
