Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is seeking an Architectural Draftsman to develop floor plans and perform related calculations for properties in Germany. This full-time, remote role involves collaborating with an international team, adapting templates, and ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.

Proficiency in architectural design software, especially SketchUp, and 2–5 years of experience are preferred. You will work from home with a German startup culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture/engineering.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in architectural design software; SketchUp preferred.
• Experience delivering floor plans and area calculations for buildings.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct existing plans and calculations to ensure accuracy and client requirements.
• Use specialized design software to create and modify projects.
• Adapt and customize floor plan templates based on client orders.
• Collaborate closely with the international team and communicate with clients.
• Help ensure the quality and timely delivery of plans, calculations, and drawings.
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in training initiatives.
