Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience drafting residential construction documents in AutoCAD.
• Experience producing residential drawing set components including sections, details, and fully dimensioned plans.
• Knowledge of New York State residential building code.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural layouts and perform basic structural path sizing.
• Prepare electrical and plumbing riser diagrams.
