Role Description

The Draftsman role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bataan. The Draftsman will prepare detailed architectural drawings, technical plans, and construction documents under the guidance of project architects and designers. Day-to-day tasks include translating design concepts into accurate CAD drawings, updating plans based on design revisions, and coordinating drawing sets for submission and construction. The role involves maintaining drawing standards, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and project specifications, and organizing digital files and documentation. The Draftsman will collaborate with the project team, participate in design coordination, and support the timely delivery of project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and basic 3D modeling tools, with the ability to produce precise architectural drawings and details.


• Solid understanding of architectural drafting standards, building codes, and construction documentation practices.


• Ability to interpret architectural concepts, sketches, and specifications, and translate them into clear technical plans.


• Effective collaboration skills, including working closely with architects, designers, and project managers, and responding constructively to feedback.


• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple drawing revisions and deadlines.


• Relevant technical diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field; experience in hospitality, retail, or mixed-use projects is an advantage.


• Willingness to work on-site in Bataan and to adapt to evolving project requirements and design technologies.
