Job summary

DCX, a leading U.S.-based BPO serving the promotional products industry, seeks a Home-Based AR Credit & Collections specialist to manage customer accounts from credit approval to payment, handling collections calls, and credit holds in a remote Philippines setup.

You will monitor accounts, process payments, assist with invoicing and reporting, and support other department tasks while maintaining strong client relationships and accuracy in financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent; 3-5 years of credit and collections experience with strong negotiation skills with commercial accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Account Monitoring & Maintenance: monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos.
• Entering new customers into the system and assisting in setup of new account applications, pulling credit reports, and sending trade references.
• Collections & Credit Control: make outbound collection calls professionally and release orders from credit hold per policy.
• Payments, Deposits & Reporting: process credit card payments, enter daily deposits and reconciliation, assist with invoicing and month-end reports.
