Job summary

Asiacruit in the Philippines is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of receivables for multiple entities, ensuring timely billing, accurate revenue coding, collections, and precise cash application.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and billing teams to respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, support month-end close, reconciliations, and drive process improvements using ERP systems and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in accounts receivable, credit control, or accounting.
• Experience with multi-entity or multinational environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems and Excel for reporting.
• Strong communication in English and attention to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Billing and invoicing across contracts with accurate revenue coding.
• Collections management, aging monitoring, and payment negotiation.
• Cash application and reconciling batches and bank deposits.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve disputes with cross-functional teams.
• Support month-end close, aging analyses, and auditor documentation.
• Assist with credit checks, disputes, and write-offs as needed.
• Identify AR process improvements and assist automation efforts.
