Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Cebu City to manage end-to-end receivables across entities. You will bill, collect, post cash, and support month-end close while collaborating with sales, operations, and finance teams.

You will analyze aging, resolve disputes, and identify process improvements. The role offers a flexible remote work arrangement within a distributed finance team and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of accounts receivable or credit control experience; multi-entity experience is a plus.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel for reconciliations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Billing, invoicing, and revenue coding aligned with contracts and schedules.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on past-due accounts, and negotiates payment arrangements.
• Apply payments, reconcile batches and bank deposits, resolve unapplied/short payments.
