Job summary

RemoFirst is hiring a Finance Accounts Receivable Manager to lead accurate client invoicing across our global payroll operations. You will ensure timely monthly billing, verify invoices against payroll data and client contracts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Hiring, Offboarding, Support, and Sales to capture all billable items.

The role emphasizes process improvement, working in a fast-growing startup with 100% remote work and global clients.

Qualifications

• 2-year accounting degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance, Payroll, or Accountant is required.
• English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate client invoices on a monthly basis.
• Ensure timely billing for all services, including EOR and global payroll.
• Verify invoice accuracy by cross-checking with payroll data and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture billable items.
• Coordinate with Product on invoicing system enhancements.
• Investigate and remediate reconciliation breaks promptly.
