Job summary

Kognitiv Inc. is hiring a remote AR/AP Accounting Analyst in the Philippines to join our global finance team. You will own AR and collections, generate accurate invoices, monitor aging, and coordinate with project managers across time zones.

You will also provide backup AP support, review vendor bills, assist with payments, and help maintain GL reconciliations and month-end close processes. Strong English and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle AR, credit control, and B2B collections.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, invoicing, and month-end close.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with multi-currency invoicing and payments.

Responsibilities

• Own Global AR and Collections: generate invoices, monitor aging, and resolve disputes across time zones.
• Provide Backup AP support: review vendor invoices, code expenses, and assist weekly payment runs.
• Support accounting and audits: reconciliations and documentation for audits.
• Collaborate with PMs, commercial teams, and finance colleagues to ensure accurate records.
