Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a part-time Appointment Setter / Lead Specialist to operate fully remote, roughly 20 hours per week with a clear path to full-time as the account grows. The role covers CST time zone operations and involves managing multiple client accounts, responding to homeowner inquiries primarily via text, and converting conversations into booked appointments.

You will be the human layer on top of automation, ensuring brand voice is preserved across campaigns, and you will handle

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with strong grammar and professional texting style.
• Prior experience setting appointments or handling leads (SDR, appointment setter, inside sales).
• Comfort managing conversations over text/SMS as the primary channel.
• Clear, professional spoken English for inbound calls; good comprehension.
• Ability to work the U.S. morning coverage window for your region and respond quickly.
• Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and self-directed work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead Response & Conversation Management: monitor and respond to homeowner inquiries across client accounts.
• Appointment Setting: guide interested homeowners to booked slots and handle objections.
• Inbound Call Handling: take live calls when needed and convert to appointments.
• Account & Platform Coordination: switch between client sub-accounts without losing context.
