Gentask Virtual Assistance Services in the Philippines is seeking an Appointment Setting Specialist to schedule meetings for clients across the US, Canada, Australia and the UK on a part-time, remote basis.

You will follow scripts, maintain accurate records, follow up on appointments, and work with the team to improve conversion rates while ensuring a reliable internet connection and alignment with the client's time zone.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Previous experience in appointment setting or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Must be available to work during standard business hours in the client's time zone

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for our clients
• Utilize scripts and training materials to effectively communicate the value of our clients' products or services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments scheduled
• Follow up with potential customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to increase appointment setting success rates
• Stay up to date on our clients' products or services to effectively promote them to potential customers
