ClearDesk is seeking an Appointment Setter to connect with potential partners and drive growth from a fully remote setup. You will build relationships, manage CRM activities, and coordinate outreach to referral sources, while supporting social media and admin tasks as needed.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and initiative, with the flexibility to work in a US time zone schedule and contribute to a mission that improves lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outreach, or customer service (healthcare a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with trackable outreach and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value referral sources and partners in the niche.
• Outbound calls to sources to schedule warm, in-person meetings.
• Enter and manage CRM data (Zoho or similar).
• Track sources, contact history, and meeting outcomes to measure effectiveness.
• Coordinate email follow-ups and maintain engagement.
• Support social media and admin tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the owner to align outreach priorities.
