Private Advertiser is a remote-friendly web development company serving US and Canadian small businesses. The role involves making outbound calls to promote website services, handling inbound inquiries, and scheduling appointments with a web designer.

You will work from home, maintain professional customer service, and join a growing team with advancement opportunities. Excellent English skills required; experience in appointment setting or outbound calling preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience.
• Ability to work from home (Must have good internet access, a computer, and a headset.)
• A history of great teamwork
• Strong customer-handling skills
• Ability to work during USA business hours from 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with overtime (7:45 p.m. to 4 a.m. Manila Time) Monday through Friday, with optional OT

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform.
• Present and offer our website services to potential clients.
• Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and schedule appointments for them to speak with a web designer.
• Maintain professionalism and high standards of customer service throughout all calls.
