Job summary

Treantly, LLC is seeking an Appointment Setter to connect with businesses and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. You will not close, but you will generate interest and qualify opportunities for next steps.

Ideal candidates have outbound outreach experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple prospects in a CRM. This is a remote, full-time role with growth potential and PTO including US holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or lead generation.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Able to start conversations and handle rejection.
• Organized with trackable prospect management.
• Proficient with CRM and outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Explain Treantly's remote staffing services clearly.
• Qualify prospects by understanding hiring needs.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly outreach and appointment targets.
• Coordinate with sales on next steps.
