Strong communication skills and a drive to succeed are essential, as many clients are ready to hire on the same day as interviews. Responsibilities include calling leads, qualifying and following up to set appointments, and updating the CRM with interaction details.

Qualifications

• Previous appointment-setting experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Comfortable making calls, memorizing, and delivering scripts.

Responsibilities

• Call the maximum number of leads to schedule appointments.
• Speed to the lead: call leads immediately during set hours.
• Qualify appointments based on criteria to determine readiness and fit.
• Follow up with leads and nurture until appointments are set.
