BruntWork is seeking an Appointment Setter to be the first voice new leads hear, driving inquiries into booked appointments and supporting member upgrades. This remote, independent contractor role covers both Texas locations with a fixed daytime CST schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CST) and requires strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

You will manage lead follow-up, maintain contact with existing members, and support outreach campaigns as the business grows.

Formación

• Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience working with US clients or US customers.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
• Comfort working with Excel to build and manage lists.
• Ability to commit to a full-time, fixed daytime schedule.

• Build and maintain member lists in Excel for outreach and progress checks.

Job Overview

Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter to be the first voice new leads hear and the primary reason they show up. You will own lead follow-up across both locations, calling prospects quickly while their interest is still fresh and turning inquiries into booked appointments. You will also protect and grow the existing member base by reaching out to members who have gone quiet and inviting others to upgrade their plans. Your calls will directly drive enrollments, retention, and revenue, and you will have real ownership of the process from day one.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Call new leads from Meta ads as quickly as possible, ideally within five minutes of inquiry
• Follow up with leads to turn their interest into booked appointments
• Make calls and manage lead follow-up through GoHighLevel
• Reach out to members who have not attended in the last seven days and help them book their next appointment
• Identify members on two lessons per month and invite them to upgrade to four lessons
• Build and maintain member lists in Excel for outreach and progress check-ins
• Call members to check on their progress and address any concerns
• Support email and other outreach campaigns as the business grows
• Support lead follow-up and member outreach for both Texas locations
