Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or outbound calling is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build rapport with business decision-makers over the phone.
• Excellent follow-up discipline and organizational accuracy.
• Experience coordinating quotes and vendor communications is a plus.
