Job summary

InsideOut is seeking an Appointment Setter & Operations Assistant to manage our lead pipeline and drive appointment volume. You will focus on outbound calling, keep GoHighLevel CRM records up to date, document notes, and track confirmations, reschedules, and no-shows so no opportunity falls through the cracks.

This role also covers multi-channel follow-up and insurance operations support, plus light CapCut edits when targets are met.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound calling, re-engagement, objections handling, and appointment setting.
• Fluent English with clear, professional delivery.
• Direct GoHighLevel experience with pipelines and calendars.
• Organized, discreet handling of sensitive client data.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to leads and schedule qualified appointments.
• Maintain GoHighLevel CRM records and track statuses.
• Follow-up via SMS and email on multiple channels.
• Assist with insurance operations and application tracking.
• Track activity metrics and manage end-to-end lead pipeline.
• Light CapCut edits and scheduling social posts if targets are met.
