Job summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter – Business Consultation Scheduling to join our growing team. The role involves contacting prospective clients, introducing our consultation services, and scheduling appointments for business consultants or sales representatives.

You will manage calendars, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and follow up on inquiries to confirm appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business administration/marketing is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English skills for professional emails and calls.
• Able to build rapport and communicate with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to introduce services.
• Schedule consultations between prospects and consultants/sales reps; manage calendars.
• Qualify leads with preliminary questions on needs, interests, and availability.
• Explain the purpose of consultations and provide clear next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track appointment status and follow-ups.
