You will generate leads, perform high-volume outbound calls, respond to inquiries quickly, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Qualifications

• Experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong speed-to-lead practices and quick response to inquiries.
• Self-motivated, high-energy, results-driven and target-focused.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospect research, cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads to maximize contact rates.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and generate interest.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email to schedule appointments.
• Qualify leads by needs and readiness to move forward.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records of calls, leads, and outcomes.
• Track activities to meet targets and KPIs.
