TTEC Digital is hiring a Consultant, Consultative Analytics for a permanent remote role supporting US-based stakeholders. You will transform data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in data analytics or consulting, strong SQL, and experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau. You will work remotely during US business hours with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience as data analyst or consultant; contact center or healthcare exp a plus
• Advanced SQL: joins, CTEs, window functions, complex aggregations
• Experience with large-scale data platforms (Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake)
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Ambiguity tolerance; independent analytical approach
• Interest in AI/automation to improve efficiency and insights
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Knowledge of statistical concepts (significance testing, sampling)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Communicate findings through clear written summaries, presentations and visuals
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical approaches and hypotheses
• Leverage AI, automation, and templates to speed up analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source and verify data
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations
