RemoteVA is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, vendor coordination, and logistics in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate can work independently, solve operational problems, and ensure products move smoothly from vendors to warehouses and customers.

Experience with Amazon inventory management is a MUST, with strong forecasting, attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills.

Formación

• Must have Amazon inventory management experience.
• Strong forecasting and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Build and update inventory and demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding product supply, lead times, and availability.
• Ensure vendors have forecasts, product specs, and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to warehouses and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or overstock issues.
• Maintain accurate operational data and spreadsheets.
• Identify and resolve operational problems quickly and efficiently.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
