AI Case Leads is seeking a skilled video editor to craft high-converting short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will turn scripts into polished content, collaborate with strategists and media buyers, and use performance data to iterate.

The role emphasizes precision, rapid turnaround, and a deep understanding of hooks, pacing, and storytelling. You’ll handle 15–60 second edits, motion graphics in After Effects, and multiple variations to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Experience editing paid ad videos on Meta, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Portfolio of short-form ads or social content.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Build motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects in After Effects
• Edit UGC-style, testimonial, and talking-head content into high-converting ads
• Create multiple variations of winning ads: new hooks, formats, lengths, and aspect ratios
• Follow creative briefs precisely, including scripts, hooks, shot notes, and brand guidelines
• Write and style captions with perfect accuracy
• Mix audio, music, and sound effects to a professional standard
• Review ad performance data (hook rate, watch time, CTR) with the team and apply learnings
• Stay current on trending formats, editing styles, and short-form content trends
• Organize project files and assets so anyone on the team can find them
