Job summary

RoomPriceGenie is hiring an AI Systems & Automation Engineer to drive internal AI adoption across Customer Success, Sales, and Operations. You will connect internal data to core tools and deploy supervised AI agents that automate complex workflows, bridging Snowflake, Postgres, DocumentDB and S3 with HubSpot, Chargebee, Modjo, and Notion.

You will join the AI & Security team to establish practical patterns for safe, agentic automation and ensure reliable integrations while optimizing cost and

Qualifications

Strong background in Python and/or TypeScript, asynchronous execution, REST APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.
Experience building production agents and integrations with SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with Claude/LLM ecosystems and model tooling.

Responsibilities

Translate business pain into scalable AI automation targets with Customer Success, Sales and Ops.
Build production agents and integrations using Python/TypeScript and connected data stores.
Implement modular agent capabilities with safe boundaries and tool protocols.
Design human-in-the-loop workflows with guardrails and escalation paths.
