Job summary

Remote Workmate invites a Communications Coordinator to lead internal brand voice and cross-department messaging, using AI-enhanced workflows to boost impact.

You’ll manage content across newsletters, blogs, and social channels, ensure brand consistency, and oversee end-to-end projects with HubSpot and other internal platforms. Manila-based role, focusing on strategic communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in communications, graphic design, internal messaging, or social media.
• Proficient with HubSpot and social media calendars.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate output.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Communications & Content Production: balance internal newsletters, announcements, visuals, and media across divisions.
• Dynamic Support: handle ticket queue for custom communication requests while supporting high-stakes deliverables.
• Brand Guardianship: maintain 100% brand consistency across digital channels, newsletters, blogs, and social media.
• AI Workflow Integration: implement AI-enhanced workflows (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft copy, summarize updates, and speed delivery.
• Digital Asset & Platform Management: audit and manage internal content library and publishing pipelines (HubSpot etc.).
• End-to-End Project Execution: oversee communications from concept to production and deliver value regularly.
