The role combines technical fluency, process thinking, and project management to translate AI capabilities into practical, revenue-generating legal workflows while coordinating cross-functional teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies in a professional setting.
• Ability to evaluate tools based on ROI, scalability, and business impact.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow design, or systems implementation.
• Ability to manage end-to-end implementation projects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, case management tools, or business software integrations.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.
