Job summary

Berry Virtual is seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer to administer and support enterprise AI platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and governance across Copilot, Claude, and Azure-hosted AI services. You will manage access controls, implement RBAC, and coordinate with vendors for updates and troubleshooting.

You’ll work with APIs and automation tools to enable secure data access, maintain documentation, monitor usage and cost, and provide Tier 2/3 incident support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in systems administration, platform support, or enterprise IT operations.
• Experience administering cloud/SaaS platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Strongly desired: integrations, access management, and cost tracking for enterprise apps.
• Advanced technical expertise across document management, systems administration, DB administration, and OS-level functionality.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise AI platforms—availability, performance, and policy compliance.
• Work with APIs, connectors, and automation tools for secure data access and governance.
• Coordinate with vendors on platform updates, feature enablement, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation covering AI platform configuration, access procedures, integrations, and standards.
• Support integrations between AI platforms and firm systems and manage knowledge repositories.
• Monitor usage, performance, and cost; assist with cost tracking and reporting.
• Manage access controls and RBAC, audit logs, and data protection controls.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and incident troubleshooting for AI solutions.
• Handle updates, patches, and version upgrades; coordinate with teams on complex issues.
• Provide periodic status updates and project reports to management; after-hours support as needed.
