Qualifications

• 3+ to 5+ years in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Experience delivering ecommerce/brand content with wellness or lifestyle focus.
• Strong written English with warm, empathetic feminine tone; ability to adapt voice.

Responsibilities

• Repurpose raw footage into ready-to-publish social content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook using AI tools.
• Draft, schedule, and manage email campaigns with AI-assisted workflows.
• Create captions, product descriptions, blog outlines aligned with brand voice.
• Turn one video into 20–100 pieces of content using AI.
• Build AI workflows to dramatically increase marketing output.
• Research and test new AI tools to improve throughput while maintaining brand authenticity.
• Produce content across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, emails, and product pages from the same source material.
