Job summary

We The Flywheel is a remote-first digital product studio building AI-native workflows for social media across sports, tech, fitness and branding. We seek an Agentic-Led Social Media Manager to run AI-assisted content across multiple brands with a scalable, repeatable system.

You’ll direct AI agents to research trends, draft posts, repurpose assets, and track performance, then apply your judgment to land each piece. This is a fully remote, performance-focused role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Prior social media management experience across personal brands, brands or agencies.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Metricool) for multi-channel cadence.
• Basic design sensibility to assess visuals with Canva or similar tools.
• Comfortable in async, remote-first environments with strong written English.

Responsibilities

• Use AI agents to research opportunities, draft posts, and repurpose content.
• Build a repeatable publishing cadence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X and TikTok.
• Monitor performance metrics and feed insights back into workflows.
• Engage with audiences via AI drafts that you personalize before posting.
• Coordinate with campaigns and launches, translating briefs into content fast.
