Job summary

Peek is looking for a product-minded, data-driven Data Analyst - BI and AI to turn data into meaningful insights, reporting, and data-driven improvements across Product, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership.

You’ll build dashboards, analyze customer behaviors, identify friction in core flows, and explore AI-enabled analytics. You don’t need to train models from scratch, but you’ll evaluate AI tools and translate findings into practical workflows that empower teams to act on data.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in BI or Data Analytics in SaaS/tech.
• Strong SQL skills and BigQuery experience.
• Experience building self-serve reporting in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytic tools in BI platforms.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver insights.
• Analyze activation, conversion, engagement, and retention patterns.
• Surface opportunities by evaluating funnels and friction points.
• Automate recurring reporting using SQL, DBT, and Python or Apps Script.
• Ensure data quality and translate data into clear recommendations.
