Job summary

AffinityX is seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist to support the setup, launch, and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns. You will work with clients, designers, developers, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and accurately implemented.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent organization, and the ability to troubleshoot technical concerns. Night shifts are required, with remote setup and tools provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience in customer service or digital support.
• At least 1 year in digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign production.
• Familiar with online advertising campaigns and banner specs.
• Able to coordinate with clients and creative/tech teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, implementation, and launch of online campaigns.
• Review banner sizes, formats, and technical specs.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and teams for production.
• Assist with website placements and content updates.
• Perform quality checks against client requirements.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and ad tech concerns.
• Monitor progress, track deliverables, provide updates.
• Communicate with clients and teams for smooth execution.
