Job summary

Orange Trail Ltd. is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support onboarding and day-to-day advertising operations for clients worldwide. This remote role focuses on activating accounts, configuring infrastructures, and resolving operational issues.

You will work with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Business Manager, coordinate across Compliance, Performance, Finance, and Partnerships, and maintain documentation to ensure SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.
• Experience supporting paid media accounts and client onboarding.
• Strong understanding of ad spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM and campaign structure.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and ongoing activation and support.
• Guide clients through account setup, verification, and platform requirements.
• Review configurations for issues, missing assets, or blockers.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Performance, Finance, and Partnerships to resolve requests.
• Track progress, follow up on actions, and ensure timely task completion.
• Troubleshoot account/platform issues and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain documentation and operational records.
• Monitor client health and identify activation risks.
• Ensure internal processes, SLAs, and operational standards are followed.
