Job summary

AffinityX is seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist to support setup, launch, and monitoring of digital campaigns. You will validate creatives, coordinate with designers and developers, and troubleshoot advertising-related issues to ensure timely delivery for clients.

The role requires 2+ years in BPO/customer support and at least 1 year in ad operations or website support, with strong English communication and night-shift availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience, preferably in customer service or digital advertising support.
• At least 1 year in ad operations, campaign production, or website support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, implementation, and launch of online advertising campaigns
• Review and validate digital advertising creatives, including banner sizes, formats, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and internal teams for campaign production and implementation
• Assist with website advertising placements, content updates, and campaign-related technical concerns
• Perform quality checks to ensure advertising materials meet client requirements
• Troubleshoot campaign issues, creative errors, and advertising-related technical concerns
• Monitor campaign progress, track deliverables, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

In this role, you will support the setup, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of digital advertising campaigns. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical concerns
• Willing to work on a night-shift schedule

An Advantage, But Not Required

• Experience with Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, or other ad-serving platforms
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, website content management, or digital advertising technologies
• Experience with creative QA, ad trafficking, or publisher-side advertising operations
