Job summary

AffinityX is seeking a Digital Advertising Coordinator with a strong BPO background to coordinate online advertising campaigns from prep to launch. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are implemented, tested, and launched on time, while monitoring status and reporting progress.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in BPO and hands-on experience with online advertising management, excellent English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of solid BPO experience.
• Experience in online advertising campaign management, production, or implementation.
• Background in an online advertising environment, preferably with a publisher or agency.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
• Strong coordination, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign requirements and work independently.
• Familiarity with ad-serving platforms, digital advertising tools, and creative technologies is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate online advertising campaigns from preparation to launch.
• Manage campaign requirements, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Work with Sales, Creative, Development, and QA teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Review advertising materials and validate technical specifications.
• Support ad implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with campaign reporting and optimization.
