Job summary

Affinity Express Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Digital Advertising Coordinator with a strong BPO background to coordinate online campaigns.

You will collaborate with internal production teams to ensure ads are implemented, tested, and launched on schedule. You will work with Sales, Creative, Development, and QA teams, review materials for technical compliance, and support testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BPO experience
• Experience in online advertising campaign management, production or implementation
• Background in online advertising environment, preferably with a publisher or agency
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills
• Strong coordination, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaign requirements and work independently
• Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and digital advertising tools is an advantage
• Willing to work on a permanent night shift

Responsibilities

• Coordinate online advertising campaigns from preparation to launch
• Manage campaign requirements, timelines, approvals, and deliverables
• Work with Sales, Creative, Development, and QA teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Review advertising materials and validate technical specifications
• Support ad implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Assist with campaign reporting and optimization
